T4H N8N Connector (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Meta developer application that enables secure integration between Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) and n8n, a workflow automation tool.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App (“T4H N8N Connector” or “the App”).

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on your permissions and use of the App, we may collect:

a. Information from Meta APIs

When you connect your Meta account through T4H N8N Connector, we may access data authorized by you via Meta’s login and permissions flow, such as:

Your name, email address, and Meta user ID
Page or Instagram Business account information you manage
Page posts, comments, and insights (if you grant relevant permissions)
Other data explicitly approved by you through Meta’s consent screen

b. Information You Provide Directly

Configuration details for your workflows (only stored locally or within your n8n instance)
Contact information if you reach out for support

c. Technical Data

Log and diagnostic data (e.g., request timestamps, status codes, or error traces)
No tracking cookies, advertising identifiers, or analytics tools are used

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly for operational purposes:

To facilitate secure communication between Meta and your n8n workflows
To authenticate Meta API access tokens
To troubleshoot connection or configuration issues
To comply with Meta Platform Policies and applicable laws

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

4. Sharing of Information

We only share information in these cases:

With Meta Platforms, Inc.: to process authorized API requests
With service providers: limited to infrastructure or hosting services required to operate the App (e.g., API servers, logging tools), under strict confidentiality terms
For legal compliance: if required by law or lawful request

We never share or sell your Meta data to third parties for marketing or monetization.

5. Data Retention

We retain Meta access tokens and related metadata only for as long as needed to maintain your authorized connection.
When you remove the App’s access via your Meta account, we delete all related Meta data within 30 days.
Any workflow-related data remains within your own n8n instance and is never stored or controlled by us.

6. Data Security

We implement security measures appropriate to protect your data, including:

Secure HTTPS communication
Encrypted storage of temporary credentials (if applicable)
Restricted internal access

However, no system is entirely immune to risks. You use the App at your own discretion.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

Revoke data permissions at any time via your Meta account settings
Request deletion of your data by emailing accounts@training4humans.ai
Control or delete data within your n8n instance independently

Upon a valid deletion request or app removal, all Meta-related data will be erased within 30 days.

8. Children’s Privacy

T4H N8N Connector is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect or store data from children.
